a rising stock market benefits the top 1%, and the top 1% is who buys North of Montana.
But North of Montana is not relevant to people outside the 1%
Just use realtor.com - there are plenty of places where you can buy a really nice four bedroom house for $300k. If you borrow money at 4%, your monthly mortgage is only one thousand bucks a month on that beautiful $300k house.
